It’s time for a change.

My name is Michael Don Johnson, and I’m here to answer the call.

​

I am running for Florida's 7th Congressional District because I was inspired by you — our neighbors, and the businesses, schools, and churches in our community. We are all weary of politicians who put their own interests above those of their constituents. It’s time for leadership that truly represents the people.

​

If elected, I will provide that leadership. One of my first acts in Congress will be to reintroduce the resolution that Mills defeated and vote with fellow Republicans to censure Omar and send her home. I will also introduce legislation requiring all Members of the House and Senate, as well as all Federal Judges, to be American-born citizens.

​

I will tackle the issues most important to Floridians, including record-high living expenses, rising insurance premiums, gridlock, infrastructure challenges, and wasteful government spending. I will vote for bills that reduce our taxes and debt, and cut funding that does not deliver meaningful results to our communities.

​

I will push back against radical Democrat agendas that threaten the values and freedoms our great country was built on. I will use the professional skills and experience I developed over 36 years in federal service to fight fraud, waste, and abuse in government.

My voting record will be 100% conservative and fiscally responsible, reflecting my Judeo-Christian values and my commitment to uphold the Constitution. My vote will be your vote — and together, we will save our republic from destruction.
